Yellowhammer Brewing is conveniently located between two other local breweries in the quickly expanding Campus 805 entertainment district.
The staff is welcoming, friendly, and willing to describe any of their beers for you. The tables are filled with patrons of all ages (even babies!).
We tried four different beers; a Belgian White that had a light, citrusy taste, and the Cheatin' Heart IPA with a predominantly grapefruit flavor and only a slightly bitter edge. We also had the Miracle Worker Tripel and the Audemus Rye Imperial Stout. It was hard to choose only four as they had 16 different beers on draft!
The environment is pretty minimalistic with soft lighting and a butcher block bar. The smell of wood-fired pizza wafts in from the right and music drifts from the patio.
