Brewery Series: Green Bus Brewing
Green Bus Brewing is located beside the courthouse square in the heart of downtown Huntsville. The only downside is that it is somewhat tucked away and could be accidentally missed.
The staff was very pleasant and very willing to answer questions and be of service.
This brewery has 11 options of brews on draft and also offers Suzy's Popsicles. The Tiramisu Milk Stout lives up to its name with a blend of creamy chocolate and bitter coffee flavors. Scotty Doesn't Know has a low alcohol percentage, but don't let that fool you; this beer has got it going on. Smooth and bursting with flavor, this Scottish-style ale will leave you wanting more. The Earl Grey Mild is an English-style Ale that has been steeped with earl grey tea leaves. With both herbal and sweet malty flavors, this brew is sophisticated enough for royalty.
I love the bronze signage above the brewery because it reminds me of one of my favorite breweries in Asheville, NC. Inside, the brewery has high ceilings, dramatic Edison bulb lighting, and exposed brick walls on three sides.
The friendliness of the staff and uniqueness of the beers made this visit a great one. We will be back!
